Product: Vici Real Estate is also a Commercial Developer, specializing in the acquisition and development of high-end retail, office and mixed-use properties in the metropolitan and suburban Atlanta area.

Campaign: web development, search engine optimization

Time Frame: November 2009-March 2010

Background: Located in Suwanee, Georgia outside of Atlanta, Georgia, commercial developers are not unknown to the area. Vici Real Estate has been in business since 2003 and they came to Noodlehead Studios through The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.

The Challenge: Metro Atlanta has been the news as of late due to the oversaturation of commercial developers. Vici Real Estate knew that following what other traditional commercial developers were doing would not be effective. They needed a campaign that would do what their competition was not doing. Vici Real Estate chose Search Engine Optimization.

The Strategy: As Noodlehead Studios designed and developed Vici Real Estate’s new site and the Noodlehead research team knew it was ready for optimization. We identified the following SEO-related deficiencies with the Vici Real Estate site:

  • Unclear as to their exact market positing
  • Not taking advantage of the terms familiar to industry searches
  • Meta tags, page titles, copy and link text had not been optimized
  • Insufficient rankings in top 3 search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN)
  • Insufficient conversion points on the site

The Results:
SEO efforts paid off almost immediately.  First impressions rose considerably as did the number of referrals. 58 pages were indexed and 45 inlinks were generated. As a result of the success, Vici Real Estate also choose to generate microsites. Microsites are lead generation pages that allow for targeted SEO by unique industry. These lead generation sites not only provide visibility for the client’s diverse targets but will actually boost the effectiveness of the parent site.

The Vision: Historic Norcross approached Noodlehead Marketing, a Division of Noodlehead Studios, as they needed to effectively market and promote local events. Historic Norcross is a leader in the promotion of such events and they were excited about the opportunity to promote local businesses. They were equally excited to use the latest in Close Range Marketing that would capture the relevant data via Bluetooth.

The Execution: Noodlehead Marketing had finished testing the Close Range Marketing technology when approached by Historic Norcross. Here is how Close Range Marketing works:

  • The Close Range Marketing Bluetooth sandwich-sized box is placed in a strategic location. This is to maximize the range for which the signals are sent. The sandwich-sized box sends pings to the phones with the Bluetooth technology enabled.
  • Those within the generous range of the Bluetooth device will receive an opt-in message on their phone.
  • After selecting yes, your specific message will be delivered to your customer, no matter where they are located. Your message can include weekly specials, events or even general information.
  • The target audience would then visit the organization’s website, the brick and mortar business and show the text upon checkout.
The research for Close Range Marketing is based more on demographics that include the standard approach as well as research into the type of Bluetooth that is in place throughout the marketplace and how the demographics complement each other.

The Results:  Being able to measure and account the statistics was of major importance to Historic Norcross. With the use of Close Range Marketing along with the text messaging services, made the marketing campaign a success- with a return rate well above that of print.

Noodlehead Studios was presented with the task of providing ongoing marketing and recommendations for Climatized Self Storage. Climatized Self Storage did not have a strong marketing plan in place and needed Noodlehead Studios to provide the necessary framework in order to effectively grow their demographic.

The Vision: Create and implement a strong marketing plan based on thorough research. The focus of the project was on how to effectively and efficiently grow Climatized Self Storage’s audience.

The Execution: Noodlehead Studios market research team examined Climatized Self Storage’s positioning and created a plan on how to achieve maximum market visibility. The marketing aspect included conducting research, analyzing the results, making recommendations on how to build core and secondary audience segments and establishing of social media goals and platforms other media accounts. At the request of the client, other research was conducted in order to better understand new and emerging marketshares.

The Results: The marketing plan that was designed for Climatized Self Storage is an effective plan. It took a company that had little to no visibility and gave them a tremendous marketplace boost. The marketing program that was established also set the stage for future growth. Because Climatized Self Storage is growing, they needed to have the tools in place. These tools will assist Climatized Self Storage in growing effectively, efficiently and with the right audience.
